Important: Assistance is not the insurance itself
It is a 12-month roadside assistance system for the same vehicle. If you buy a 1-month insurance policy together with Assistance, the Assistance remains valid for 12 months. If later you purchase another insurance policy for the same vehicle, the Assistance continues within its annual validity period. However, Assistance only works when there is an active insurance policy.
No active insurance = no active Assistance service.
What is Assistance?
An annual roadside support system that covers towing, flat tires, fuel delivery, vehicle recovery, and more — depending on your package.
How is it different from insurance?
Insurance covers third-party liability. Assistance covers roadside help for your own vehicle — towing, recovery, replacement car. They complement each other.
Why do you need both?
Insurance is mandatory for driving in Turkey. Assistance gives you peace of mind if something goes wrong on the road — breakdown, accident, flat tire.

Renew your insurance policy when it expires. Assistance stays valid for 12 months but only works with active insurance.
Waiting Period & Activation
There is a mandatory waiting period before Assistance coverage becomes active:
If Assistance is issued the same day as the traffic insurance policy
If Assistance is issued on a different day from the insurance policy
