Russian Green Card unavailable since 2022
The Russian Green Card system has been suspended since February 2022. Green Card Russia cannot be purchased from any Russian insurance company. However, this does NOT mean that traveling abroad by car with Russian license plates is impossible.
What to do instead of Russian Green Card:
- ✅Buy local insurance for each country separately
- ✅For Europe — apply for Europolis (Green Card equivalent)
- ✅Online registration in 15-60 minutes
